1. About the Service
Hokita is an accommodation management application developed by Semakode. By using Hokita, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including your email and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted Use
Hokita may only be used for legitimate accommodation management purposes. You may not use the service for illegal activities, store harmful content, or attempt to compromise our systems.
4. Subscription Plans
Hokita offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments on Android are processed through Google Play, and on iOS through the App Store. Refund policies follow the rules of each platform. On Google Play, you can request a refund through Google's support within 48 hours of purchase. On the App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple. If you purchased directly through our app (outside of app stores), you may request a refund within 7 days if the service does not work as intended. Beyond that period, payments are final.
6. Advertisements
The free version of Hokita displays ads powered by Google AdMob. These ads may use your device information (such as advertising ID) to show relevant content. Ad display is automatically disabled when you subscribe to a paid plan. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings.
7. Push Notifications
Hokita may send push notifications to your device for important updates such as new reservations, check-in reminders, and account alerts. You can turn off notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.
8. Service Limitations
We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service disruptions beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code of Hokita are owned by Semakode. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.
10. Account Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings menu in the app. After deletion, your account will be deactivated and your data will no longer be accessible by you or other users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
